Product Discovery

Whether for a mobile or web application, the Discovery phase is our opportunity to get clear on the business logic and user experience (UX) of our client projects. By taking the time to fully understand our clients’ vision, we set a solid foundation for Design, Development, and ultimately, product launch.

Following the Discovery sessions, you will be set up to transition into either a full-production Design engagement or our A.I.-empowered Low-Code Proof-of-Concept engagement.

The Design phase of the software development life cycle is when we design the high fidelity screens and states needed for an application to function optimally. These screens reflect the UX flow steps that are created during the Discovery phase, and are combined to create a clickable prototype, which looks and feels exactly like the final application.

What We Offer
A Development phase is where our Development team turns completed, Lithios-approved designs into a custom, functional product. This inlcludes our Low-Code Proof-of-Concept offering, which enables you to get a well-designed, functional app in your hands, but at a much-reduced cost.

The low-code POC engagement works by designing and developing a set number of screens, rather than a typical full-production set. This proof of concept– grounded in standard design principles and powered by real user data – can serve as a key piece of your fundraising journey and help you get your idea off the ground faster.

How We Work
We work in sprints, starting with the foundational infrastructure of the User Interface (UI) layer, and working through the appropriate and necessary models, services, and systems to ensure a secure and scalable software application launch.

Once platform architectures are complete, we map a timeline of development milestones to code, test, and deliver each week, while building out thorough technical documentation along the way. Through the use of the latest A.I. tools, we are also able to build your custom product more efficiently through A.I. generated code and agents.
